Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The location was idyllic with direct access to the dunes and camels around, making it perfect for exploring. The service was outstanding, especially with the arrangements for the desert visit and overnight stay. On the downside, the dining options were somewhat limited and the arrival time for meals was longer than expected.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated, creating a peaceful setting. The shower had fantastic water pressure, making it the best shower I've had in Morocco. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the hotel opens out into the stunning dunes.
The hotel offers beautifully decorated rooms with excellent views of the desert, but it did not fully meet our expectations. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing amazing experiences such as overnight stays in the desert with sandboarding. The location at the foot of the sand dunes is impressive, yet some improvements are needed to enhance the overall experience. The dining options, while decent, could be more varied. Overall, the facilities provided are satisfactory but could be improved.
The hotel had a very convenient location literally right next to the sand dunes, making it ideal for exploring. The staff was helpful in assisting us in booking a last-minute camel ride, but the place felt somewhat outdated and dusty.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated with the friendliest staff and delicious food. Opening out into the dunes created a peaceful setting. However, the dining experience was a bit below expectations with some average options. The location, right on the edge of the dune, was fantastic for exploring the desert, and the Moroccan-themed decor added a grand yet casual feel.
The hotel had a convenient location right next to the sand dunes, excellent for exploring the desert. The rooms were basic and had some cleanliness issues but featured a fabulous shower with great water pressure. The service was friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to book last-minute activities. The dining experience was decent but not exceptional, with limited breakfast options. Overall, a good value for the money considering the proximity to the dunes.
The hotel offers incredible views facing the dunes, and the rooms, although spacious and comfortable, had lots of open windows to the desert, resulting in some dust and grit. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with our late arrival, although a dirty table cloth for lunch was a downside. The location was perfect right at the edge of the dune, providing easy access to the desert. The dining options were decent but somewhat limited. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
Staying at Kanz Erremal was like a dream come true. The rooms, with their crisp white linen, air conditioning, and bedside lamps, felt straight out of a fairytale. While not luxurious, they were spacious with lovely views and incredibly comfortable. The location right next to the sand dunes made it perfect for our last-minute camel ride booking, offering an excellent experience overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms needed a good clean, but they did have air conditioning and a nice hot shower. The service was commendable; the staff took us into the desert dunes to visit a nomad family, and they helped us book a camel ride on short notice. The location was perfect with direct access to the dunes and camels nearby, yet the friendliness of the staff could have been better. The dining experience was highly recommendable on the terrace, but the waiting time for food was extremely poor. Overall, the facilities were decent, although there was room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with traditional decoration, making them cozy and inviting. The service, once they warmed up to us, was absolutely amazing. The location was idyllic, and the dining experience on the terrace overlooking the dunes was highly recommendable. However, the facilities could use some improvement to match the overall quality of the stay.
